Book Heart Based Healing Sauna Spa Garden

It’s super easy to book our Sauna / Spa Garden. You simply go to and select the One Hour option. The 50 minute option is only available if you have booked an additional service like Spiritual/Holistic Coaching or Energy Healing. Once you’ve selected the hour option you just add the number of people on your booking. You can come by yourself or add up to 4 friends. Then click “BOOK TIME” and you can select from any of the available options. You will select Sauna and Spa Garden from the Team Member page and then simply add to cart and check out as normal.

Also just to confirm the Sauna and Spa Garden is entirely private.
